Room is Huge and comfortable, Staff are so friendly and helpfull,, thanks To Mr Dandy ,, Breakfast Also Very Good with lot Variasi, strong WIFI everywhere, The Pool was Nice, Beautiful Scenery To See bandung City,

Long Drive from The bandung City, hehehe But If you like Quiet Places This is perfect To Stay

Location is close to golf course.

Room looks far from maintained. Pillows are too small and its fabric doesn’t look clean. Can’t believe IHG still allows its brand to be attached to this hotel. When I checked out they only released one out of two deposits made, to which event I made a phone call to speak to the front desk staffs in order to fix this issue. Instead of connecting my calls, the operator simply hung up and refused to answer my next calls!!! I had to return to the hotel to fix it which was an utter waste of time.

Friendly staff, clean and spacious room.

To reach the hotel area, you have to turn from a main road onto a small street, which can often cause frustrating traffic

Spacious and comfortable bed, and except breakfast selections

The bathrooms need more lights

- excellent service from the staff especially Mr. Daffa from receptionist, beyond our expectation. - free photo session from the hotel- nice breakfast- beautiful view

The staff was v nice and upgraded our rooms. Breakfast was delicious and had lots of options. On site facilities for kids were also top notch. We caught a spectacular sunset from the sofa bed in our room.

Nothing really.

Great Location. The view was excellent. Staff were courteous and friendly, variety of food available was fantastic. The hotel was located close to the dream park and a lot of eateries are available

Chinese restaurant is not open on all days.

It was located on a quite part of Bandung which makes it perfect for a relaxing holiday. It offers wide range of kids activities so children wont get bored even if you stay all day in the hotelLove the pool but could be more heated cuz sometimes it still feels a bit cold after a while. Our kids love the outdoor playground and also thenkids club. Horse riding was fun but they should go for a longer track for 50 thousand rupiah/round.

No car vallet. Sometimes there are no buggy available.Breakfast should hv more varieties.Long waiting time on in room dining orders.Bugs on our bed (but since the hotel is surounded by lush greneeries so we thought it was from the outdoors).

Kids facility, pool, food

The horrible front office gave us a twin bedroom without confirmation. While we had booked a king-size bedroom, we had to wait 30 minutes to get our rights back even though it was late in the evening. The other surprise, even though we already booked breakfast for 2 adults and 1 kid, she wants to charge for our daughter.

All the staff were friendly and helpful. The food menu is extensive and everything is very tasty.Service was good.

There were several places where the light bulbs were out in the rooms. There were many meals on the menu, but many could not be provided.

Very good

the shower hose is leaking. soap container is mixed up, the body soap is placed outside the shower. electric plug not fitting properly

The swimming pool is heated and there are facilities for children's activities. We got an upgrade from premium to Junior suite. Beatiful view from our room. The service fron the staff was excellent. You also get a photo session with free photo and frame.

The service from the staff was top notch, everywhere we went the staffs were always smiling and trying to be helpful. In extreme case, we asked for help in reheating our baby's food, the staff was eager to help and the reheating was done in no time. One time the reheat process was not going as planned and our baby's food was spoiled, the staff was quick to provide replacement meal as a way of apology. They made sure that we were taken care of and that we felt very comfortable.

We expected more of the food variety during breakfast. Also, would be perfect to have a nespresso machine in the room

The staff calling in sunday morning to move and upgrade our room, it’s very annoying cause in that time we just want to rest

very good location with beatiful park view. but only accessible for car i guess.

hot water in the shower is too cold.

Room size very comfortable and big, bathroom is also great size.

room floor was no clean, the wall between room not soundproof we can clearly hear the conversation in the next room.

The view to the city was fantastic, room is spacious and good, breakfast has a lot of varieties. Recommended.

The facilites are great, staff very polite and many family activites

Not really, but for the cleanliness can be improved
